OUR RETURNS POLICY
At FASHINYOU, we are committed to providing the best quality
fashion items to our customers with a smooth and simple retail buying
experience. To ensure that the items that we send to our customers are in mint
conditions and free of any manufacturing defects, we carefully check each item
in your order for damages and defects during the collection and packaging of
the item.
Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is
defective. If you wish to return faulty items, please notify us via our
Whatsapp line at +90
5319859303 and send an email to info@fashinyou.com quoting your
order number, your name, product code (found on the invoice) reason for the
return and images of the related defects within 7 days of receiving the goods.
All items should be returned in their original condition and packaging. We will
not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third
parties or for the return postage costs.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via
e-mail, within 7 days, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as
a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will
replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of
payment. We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt of the returned
goods. Refunds can take 3-10 working days to reflect in your account, depending
on your banks accepting process.
Exchanges
We will do our best to replace a defective item. If you are entitled to a
replacement item and the item is out of stock or no longer available for
purchase, we will issue a store credit that is equal to the purchase amount of
the defective item.
Shipping

shipping a defective item. Please also note that you need to arrange the return
of the item by your own courier and at your own cost and also provide a
tracking number when enquiring on the status of your return.
